oodle noodle, wow, that reminds me of my fav quick dish back in the 80’s called “oodles of noodles” do you remember that? loved that. now days i have to cut my carbs but back then, i was skinny as a rail and ate all that fun stuff.

I think yr channel is the best KZread channel on Vegas eats. Keep up the great work 👍 Just an fyi, "Hoi Nam" is the Cantonese pronunciation of Hainan, which is a Mandarin pronunciation.

Mentaiko is not necessarily spicy and not really bitter. Awesome flavor though. The one here was a little different and I couldn't notice it much in the food.
Great video as always. Have you try " Rainbow Kitchen " yet? I think they have the best dim sum in town.

Yes, I did a video on Rainbow Kitchen last year, but I deleted the video because of some personal information in the video. Rainbow Kitchen is my top 2 or 3 places for Chinese food.
