Your channel was one of the first I found when I was going through my hardest times about 5 years ago. It really incredibly helps when you are able to say that you are not well and need a little help. Seeing you on adventures and being able to admit you are having a hard time makes me feel like its okay to have a moment out in public and I can get through it and others around me may be going through the same thing. I always masked the way I felt as to not burden others or "wreck the moment". I get very bad sensory overload in bustling situations which cause me to not be able to enjoy the moments at times. But with the right medication and mindful techniques it has gotten much better. I feel like the more we talk about mental health the better it is for others to understand the struggle which occurs in our head. Self-Sabotage is my biggest issue, I always question what I said, what I did, could I have done more, said more, am I actually doing the best I can? Life can be quite hard when head and heart are not aligned. Much love from Canada 😁

We don’t want anyone to hide their anxiety and panic attacks too many people hide it and it doesn’t help them, we need more discussion about it. Thank you shinichi your videos saved me in the pandemic and your videos saved me with my October nervous breakdown thank you to you both. Love you both for talking about it.

Wow! It made me tear up when I heard you say ‘Maizuru.’ My family and I used to go there to visit my sister every year until the pandemic. Sadly, she passed away back in 2021 due to cancer. I was so devastated as I didn’t get to see her one last time because of the travel restriction. We plan to go this year to send her to her final resting place.

Watching the 2 of you traveling around Japan reminds me of the road trips my late husband and I would take. He loved driving. On an average trip I might drive 15% of the time and only when he was tired. When I see Satoshi driving as you sit in the passenger seat and narrate, I feel nostalgic. I love your travel vlogs.

Thank you for sharing how you combat anxiety disorder. It's a chemical imbalance. Get some protein snacks and drinks to aid with blood sugar and other levels. Feel better, stay strong, and have the blessings of peace of mind!!! You folks are always in my prayers on your adventures and journeys...ENJOY!!! P.S. Thar Fruit And Flower Park property and buildings were overwhelming in area, structure size, and isolation...That was the 'deliberate vibe" of the entire place. Not surprising that few people were there...I understand, "NO MATTER WHAT, EVERYTHING IS GOING TO BE ALRIGHT!!!..."❤❤❤

Hi boys! OHHHHH MY GOSH! That is definitely by far THE best Michi no Eki EVER! So much to look at! I would’ve spent too much time in the gift shop though-buying up everything local. I was surprised at all of the cement surrounding the hotel though. It would look so much more inviting, had they had tons of flowers, perhaps tulips. 😊 Your road-trips have been amazing! I have loved each and every location you’ve shared with us. I’m so sorry that you had anxiety while you were there brother. I’m just so thankful that you were able to get some relief as soon as you felt uncomfortable, and that you didn’t let it stop you from visiting the rest of the grounds, after you rested a bit. Your strength is amazing. The shoyu kamo ramen looked so delicious. I was wondering why the meat looked a bit on the richer and darker side. I’m more of an udon girl, however, my favorite local Japanese owned Ramen ya, has Kamo Negi Ramen on their menu, and best of all, you can substitute udon for the ramen. I would love to take you both there, when you visit LA again. I’d be so interested to get your take on their ramen……whether it’s as oishi as the ramen you can get in Japan. Thank you both for taking us on yet another fabulous adventure! You do know that you’re making my bucket list sooooo much longer than before. ❤

Great videos. I always love following along on you two's travels. That michi no eki was fantastic. It looks like they have a very farmers', fruit-oriented location, as well as just being an interesting destination. Actually seeing you dealing with your anxiety in real life, in real activities, really helps me. I get anxious and heart palpitations and I have to stop to slow down and breathe. I spent decades being numb and now I am on the other side of that, and it is such a different seeing without a numb mind. It really helps to know what a full life you live with your anxiety. Reading others' comments, it seems like you help many of us. Great trip, you guys!

Anxiety attacks are nothing to be ashamed of. I deal with them quite regularly. And a lot of time they are brought on by people in authority. Which all stems back to my childhood with my mother and her abuse, and then all the people I have met in my life who were abusive and narcissists' who take advantage of my kindness. So it took years before I had panic attacks but it eventually built up to a point where now I experience panic attacks on the regular. And I am also on medication to reduce them.

This might be helpful the only way to tell is to try it. There are two serotonin systems in the body, the peripheral one and the neural one. They do not interconnect, there are no serotonin transporters at the blood brain barrier. The precursors for the synthesis of serotonin in each system are different. The neural synthesis is done in the Raphe nuclei in the brain using the amino acid L-tryptophan as the precursor. The serotonin is the precursor for melatonin which with the pineal gland provides the circadian rhythm. Serotonin is also the precursor for epinephrine which is the precursor for norepinephrine. Epinephine is adrenaline which is involved with panic attacks. Symptoms of low serotonin are making long term memories is more difficult, sleep issues, difficult to sleep and wake at regular times, panic attacks, and linked in an unknown way to norepinephrine, pain perception, inflammatory pain perception. I am not a doctor, I have a rare illness that causes me to have low serotonin. Try taking the amino acid L-Tryptophan in consultation with your doctor. To much serotonin results in a serotonin storm which is very bad.

Take the tryptophan on an empty stomach, there will be less competition with the other aminos being transported. And left on their own amino acids will polymerize into proteins.
