I don’t think the camera team saw them preparing the tongue before because that procedure is time consuming. If you look for it on KZread or Google you will find it . I have prepared it lots of times boiling it for a while and pulling the skin while it is still hot .

@@Seacow69 , this is pseudo Indian food cooked by a Japanese guy . He doesn’t even roast the spices before he begins cooking the curry. This dish may be popular in Japan but it is not Japanese . It is like the bastardized " Italian " pizza with ananas.

@@Seacow69 , after having googled searching for the origins of the so called Japanese curry : Curry was introduced in Japan by Anglo-Indian officers of the Royal Navy who brought the powder from Indian at the end of the nineteenth century . I have learned something

Recipe is more Indian or Pakistani Bangladeshi , I doubt if Japanese eat such spicy food, place could be Japan.
