It said 11,000 yen in the description. That's $95 in the u.s. I saw one that had a $300 lobster in it. They overcooked the lobster and it had hardly any meat in it either. The food in this video is 3x the size of that one and much better quality.

it would turn our wallet into fine ash, not a hole. Eating paper thin sliced beef just isn't right in my book.

Couple things, the meat is sashimi raw...rather than 'black' with an unappealing look of uncooked raw meat. If the camera had adjusted its exposure value it would look more appetizing. Sorry.

Beef carpaccio and tartare are raw, although I believe technically tartare is "chemically cooked" by adding an acid like vinegar or Worcestershire.

I'm Japanese. In Japan, each person is particular about how to grill meat. You can eat high-quality Japanese meat almost raw. Of course, even if it is almost raw, it will not break your stomach. The baking method called "blue rare" is eaten only by baking the surface for a few seconds. I'm using a translation app, so I'm sorry if I make a mistake.

после обыкновенного кафе (столовки) в Казахстане я смотрю вот на это все с диким удивлением и смехом.. ну видимо азиаты не знают что такое вкусный плов, мясо.. ничерта не понимают в нормальной еде и питании. Порция полусырого корма для гномов но столько пафоса.. боже мой..
