I can clearly say without a doubt I'm not concerned about Japan. The real concern is China. They are concerned about China as well. As you can see with China old habits die hard.

Your tone implying that Japan is a threat is absolutely ridiculous! Shame on you. This military buildup is only because they are being threatened by 2 imperialist countries- China & Russia. Both are trying to confiscate Japanese territory. And the USA has encouraged & assisted Japan to build up their military. They are our allies in the Pacific region.
