It could be your throttle cable sticking. I have ‘96 hijet that just had that issue and it’s an easy fix. The idle could be set too high as well. Hard to tell from such a short video.

I see 10 clutches in this things future if they cant learn to drive stick

I just got done driving it and did the same thing. Driven and raced manuals and dirt bikes over 50 years. The clutch is very vague and power very low.
