thank you for this! really helped clear my concepts. however, for the last question, it's supposed to be 6 - √11+x, as they've mentioned that the range of values for x is less than/equal to 6.

I think the answer to question 23 should be 6 - (square root of x+11) instead of +-

it would be better to have the timestamps as question numbers rather than slide numbers.. thanks anyway

Because 0.82 is 1 - 0.18 which gives her the multiplier she needs to work out the answer.

@@serenity7637 It wouldn't be 18% because you are looking for the other 82% of 1600 as the 18% is the discount. You could do 18% of 1600 and subtract the amount you found by 1600 that will still be correct but it is slower to do.

oh okay so using 0.82 basically makes it easier but you can do 0.18 and then subtract it to get the same answer
