It’s true in regards to female is extremely high in demand .. I started security back in 2006 and female security wasn’t really needed but now it’s literally a requirement for most venues

Some of the comments are bitter, negative and narrow minded. And woman in her past industry do not do this to seek male attention 🙄 and congrats to her for starting her own business

This female should of course.be and feel confident...however there are a number of occasions whereby she references being pretty and getting 'alot of attention'. A self assured individual never has to self reference they allow others to note and comment if it's appropriate to do so. This female is the classic protégé of the concept being of a lighter shade you are deemed beautiful. This was a difficult I terrier to watch as her self compliments depleted her shine her ....the opportunity to successfully promote her business venture of a female rum and owned security firm. However the interview held it and deliver professional as always. Interesting topic but the interviewee lack the heavy weight substance need foe such an explosive topic and situation.
