Im 32 now but I remember as a kid I LOVED Janie Fricke. My grandparents have a bunch of her albums that I would play on their record player which happens to be in the room next to me as I type this. I just went through the old albums looking specifically for my girl Janie Fricke.

Memories. My mom getting ready on a Friday to go out to the dance drinking her Miller ponies. About early to mid 1980’s (1984 to 1987). I was really young. Probably about 6-8 years old if I had to estimate the time. Back when I thought all people would be there for all my life. I miss my momma, grandma, and grandpa. They’re all gone now.
