@@perc30julio12 Dude, why do you have to go off on someone like that just for a camera comment? Honestly, it's unbelievable how vicious people get in a comments section. And by the way, it is a big deal that they were able to record it in 1990. Back then, they used to kick people out with cameras and confiscate them. Today, everyone has one in their phone so they can't enforce it. Either way, it's no reason to lay into someone like that. People have lost all civility.

I was there - 14 years old, desperately wanted to go but my parents wouldn’t let me get tickets, saying I was too young. Then I won tickets on one of the biggest national radio shows and got to go after all 😀😎 Janet was incredible!

The biggest grossing tour for a solo artist in the history of music! Greatest female entertainer of all time. 58! And still killing it in Concert!!

Finally inducted into the rock and roll fame. The illustrious miss Janet

This needs to be on DVD so freaking badly. The Rhythm Nation World Tour is still the greatest female tour of all time. Long live the Queen of Pop!

I love the rawness of this footage. Plus there's no denying she is singing. Early on she use to SING. Dressed head to toe. Won't find this nowadays.

Way more energy and vocals not over produced just Janet in her element

She new she was singing thats why she didn't address the foolishness and most of the people that attended her concerts new she song live media and haters just couldn't stand that so much talent can come from a black woman and also so much talent from one family... Im missing this raw talent now days ...so sad its no longer artist are not as entertaining anymore

I'd guess I paid 70-80 gulden. No euro's back then. So yes, tickets were much cheaper but albums (vinyl +/- 25 gulden and CD +/- 40 gulden) were much more expensive then streaming now.

Amazing performer. I am still as amazed by this as I was in 1990.

I didn’t get to attend this tour, but watching it recently (the good quality version) I realize it was her best. Maybe not as big and flashy as the following tours, but her raw energy, precision, passion and vocals were incredible. She was on a mission to prove herself, and that she did.

Wow. It was...and I can say I appreciative it WAYYY more than pre recorded. The Wierd thing about this tour is some shows are pre recorded. Others are 100% live. I noticed she is usually live overseas and pre recorded in the States. Foreign audiences are more forgiving of mistakes so most likely she doesn't feel as pressured.

@@LeeDfined I assumed that foreign audiences won’t be as forgiving to those who lip sync. Her overseas shows tend to have a higher quality, especially if she’s never been there before.
