@@willythepeachfacelovebird Could he really ever? The dude's mic was just basically fed into reverb/echo chambers if you watch old live shows. Def. needed pedals and effects. I say this with love, as a guy who sang (badly) in a local punk band in the 90's, myself. There were always A LOT of effects going on, even in 1989.

Again. Remember they tried it about a decade or more ago. Glad Navarro is doing better now, but I’m admittedly bummed that Perry’s idea of keeping Troy around apparently isn’t going to happen. Hearing a 2-guitar attack onstage definitely was an intriguing idea.

I am so grateful I got to see them many times here in Los Angeles, in the EIGHTIES. They were always fantastic. I’m a drummer and Stephen Perkins was ALWAYS chill, high, and very approachable. Super drummer and person. Two things though. Almost all of the songs on their first two albums were written before they ever got signed. They couldn’t come up with much more decent material after they. Just look at their set lists. Almost all off of the first two albums. Second, Perry’s voice broke significantly, soon after Porno for Pyros broke up.
