Jane Foster is the Mighty Thor: wielder of the legendary Mjolnir, guided by her strong conscience and determination to use her power for good. In her world, Asgard has fallen, and she had to turn to an untrustworthy ally to save what remained. Though used to clashing with gods, she fights a much tougher battle against her deteriorating health.
Marvel’s Avengers begins at A-Day, where Captain America, Iron Man, the Hulk, Black Widow, and Thor are unveiling a hi-tech Avengers Headquarters in San Francisco - including the reveal of their own helicarrier powered by an experimental energy source. The celebration turns deadly when a catastrophic accident results in massive devastation. Blamed for the tragedy, the Avengers disband. Five years later, with all Super Heroes outlawed and the world in peril, the only hope is to reassemble Earth’s Mightiest Heroes. Marvel Entertainment and Square Enix are excited to unveil Marvel’s Avengers, an epic action-adventure game that combines cinematic storytelling with single-player and co-operative gameplay. Developed by Crystal Dynamics in collaboration with Eidos-Montréal, Nixxes Software, and Crystal Northwest, Marvel’s Avengers will release simultaneously for the PlayStation 4 computer entertainment system, the Xbox One family of devices including Xbox One X, Stadia, and PC on September 04, 2020.

Boss fight where the boss is never reacting to the hits. That might be fine for a while but at certain points he oughta react He's fighting Thor and Hulk after all. But not just that. As a player don't you want to actually see the damage you're doing being animated in the fight? Those "chip away at health bar till he falls with no reaction at all" boss fights are kinda stupid. If there's at least some kind of attack animation at the end where he's actually reacting that would make it worth it maybe. Like once you finally get his life bar down it triggers an in game cinematic attack animation with one or more of the heroes putting him down
This could have been a real Gem if SqeEnix didn't force it to be such a Microtransaction mess with mediocre mechanics...

Ain’t no way they added Jane foster (basically just a reskin of Thor bc ofc they ain’t gonna add a whole new skill tree and animations) but not like Dr. Strange or Cpt. Marvel.
I still like this game despite the hate.

It's a awesome game and I know most never gave it a chance. Just give it a chance and it will win you over.
I stopped playing this game so long ago I bought it when it first came out because I was hoping they was going to add Doctor Strange which they never did so after I beat the game I stopped playing it although Thor was my favorite character I was hoping it was going to be Doctor Strange which never happened

I stopped playing along time ago as well! Thought Captain Marvel was coming! In my 2 months of playing this was the most wash and rinse repeat game I have ever played! It had so much potential...... Ultra wasted!
