Hi Barbara again I do watch on KZread TV so the video is larger and I can relax and watch ina comfy chair ,sofa, or in bed. I do have alot of Arthritis and degeneration in my neck and lower spine. That way I don't feel left out when I don't have the energy.

Texting thumb maybe. Mine started out as a tendonitis from using pruning shears. I definitely have basal thumb arthritis now though. It used to radiate up my forearm too - I think that was de quervain tenosynovitis (I think it’s called. ) Now def arthritis. :( I feel you
