इसे सीरका बनने में कम से कम तीन से चार माह लगता है।इतने दिनो तक इसे धूप मे ही रखते हैं।बोतल या जार के तल मे गंदा जमा होता है,इस लिए बीच बीच मे बीना हिलाए सुखे कपडे़ से छान कर रखते हैं। जितना पुराना होगा उतना अच्छा होता है।

भाई जी आपने सिरका निकालने की अच्छी विधि बताने के लिए धन्यबाद , लेकिन लम्बे समय तक कैसे रख सकते है बो तो बताया ही नही क्योकि यहाॅ तक तो यह जामुन का सिर्फ जूस बना है जूस मे सिरके मे अन्तर है

15-20 din isko dhoop me rakhna pdta hai tb dheere dheere yah sirka banta hai or jaar ko savdhani se kholna chahiy qki isme se gas nikalti hai ,or 4-5 din me isko saf kapde se chhan le fir dobara bottle me rakh de, maine banaya tha ekbar acha bna tha or note ki plastic ki bottle me kbhi nhi banana isko bahut gas nikalti hai roj bottle khol ke gas release nhi kiya to plastic bottle apne aap khul ke sara sirka gir jayega

@@javedvainceinfotv5073Salt originally sodium chloride hi hota hai. 1% impurity reh jata hai jis me potassium, magnesium wagehra ka salt thodi matra me rehti hai. Tata salt jaisa koi bhi brand le lo, wo samudri namak ko refine kar ke iodine aur anticaking agent mila kar banaya jata hai. Sendha namak sabse shuddh namak hota hai aur uss me 95 tarah ke minerals milte hain. Kala namak table salt me harad mila kar banaya jata hai aur sulphur paya jata hai. Sendha namak hi jyadatar use kijiye aur jyada iodine ke liye tata ya koi bhi brand ka salt use kijiye. Kala namak hajme ke liye achha rehta hai. Bas uss me gatar jaisi bu aati hai.😂😂😂

ए फल नेपालमे फणीर नामसे प् ख्यातहै सुखाकर पाउडर बनाके डिब्बेमे रखकर रोजाना एक चमच सुभह खानेसे सुगर रोगी और सभीको पेट रोगमे मद्दत मिल्ताहै ।

इसे सिरका कहे या जूस कहे।सिरका तो फार्मन्टेशन होने के बाद बनता है जिसको बनाने में 15 दिन कम से कम लगते ही

Yes is tarika se sirka banane se turant sirka ka fayda nhi milega jab kuch din purani hoti jayegi to iska dud badta jayega ..
आपने तो अभी सिरका बनाया ही नही।अधजल गगरी छलकत जाय।भरी गागरिया चूपे जाय।
