Nick Fyffe was mad underrated, the bass slapping and ghost notes between 2:47-3:03 is surreal

I love this version of Soul Education! Jay is the Master of Improvisation :D

This has to be the most underated band ever.... It's a crying shame that they don't get the worlwide recognition they truly deserve! Jamiroquai rocks!!!!!

The guitar blows me away. This version of the song is amazing. The band is so tight.

pure gold after 6 minutes, he is amazing. The vocals, the beat, the tune, i can totally smoke a joint and groove to this song over and over again.

I love jamiroquai saw them at o2 many moons ago my brother treated me it was the best thing I saw I love Rob Harris great funky guitar player as well as Jay and the rest of the band

I loved the version from the album. But this is still greater. I also like this sytle to playing piano very much. If you look on his hands you will see that he sometimes play this funky chords on left hand. Not easy - but just cool!

Honestly, the highlight of this performance fo me is the dynamic, rhythmical, textural and tonal switch up at 4:11. The change from rough and loud to smooth, soft and groovy is utterly delicious. This is what most characterises the Jamiroquai formula for me: contrast between hard and soft (in many musical senses). You find it in all their best tracks.

+1 and he is in the band for 9 years, now. More than Katz or, Dodds. Rob Harris is underrated, the new bandmembers are great (Matt Johnson is incredible with its piano solos).

Just f..king smokin' band SO polished so tight yet so groovin'! Props the the soundman too I can hear everything perfectly! 👍👍

For all of us Simon Kowles out here, I still find enjoyment of an artist shareing his feelings. The fact that an individual is better or worse than another should not diminish the ability to be on stage as this. Other tangeables such as a certain chemistry between the musicians need to be accountable. It is possible at this time this was it. I still enjoy this song myself beyond the musicians playing...

if you analyse the pure technical skills I absolutely agree with you. Nick is the best jamiroquai bassist. However, clean execution, perfect timing and accurate use of effects are not enough to make me forget Stu shining talent. Great composer and amazing live performer. Pure class.
