The way I found quick dive kick on leverless to work best is pressing 2-1-4, then instead of pressing jump forward at the same time, press those buttons 1-2 frames from each other. So think of it as pressing 214 then 86Kick (not 2149-Kick). 2149 kick seems to be more forgiving on the right side though
