This beautiful melody was one of Rico Yan's most heartfelt songs (I think his one of his favorites), and she dedicated it to a special person close to his heart. It was his final performance at Dos Palmas Resort in Palawan during the Holy Week vacation, just before he tragically passed away in his sleep.
