It's not only for his tennis it's it's also about the charities he supports he's a legend in my books first British man to win Wimbledon in 70plus years and win 2gold 1 silver medal at olympics in years c mon give the guy a break well deserved I think

I agree. There are people who deserve knighthood for way better reasons.
Knighthoods are given out like frigging sweets now. They have no value at all any more. I love murray and his amazing achievements this year but a knighthood? Too far.
Can't say I blame him, it must be bad enough having to call him "brother"...
