Omg I just stopped this video before the end to go out and prepare my maggots for tomorrow’s competition, also going to make sure I add some dark mix to my groundbait as well, so educational for us as amateurs, great job 👏

A great video Jamie and some wonderful tips,I don't know if you're aware of the subtitle problem, for instance maize reads as amazing and quite a few others are weird, you say leave your worm's to clean themselves, most big the time if I'm not watching them they escape almost as well as pinkies when wet, do you not cover them at all?

  • @CatchFishingChannel

Haha yes I know what you mean Michael! When I put them at an angle in the bait box after they've been washed I then put that bait box in the middle of a groundbait bowl so if any escape they are still in the groundbait bowl if that makes sense? Thanks for watching mate, Jamie

Oh nice one Steve! If your only going to but the one grade just think about what you'll be using it for. Is if it's for riddling maggots etc the 6mm version is perfect but if your using it to riddle all of the fine lumps and feed out of your mixes then either the 4mm or 3mm version will do the job for you. This is the one in this video mate www.fishmatrix.co.uk/home/product/medium-mesh-riddle-insert-4mm?c=bait-storage-preparation hope this helps, Jamie
