You haven't met my little cousins. Every single on of them. Until they were (or will be) 10 or 11. And some of them are not even brothers...it's just a reflex in our family, some weird genetic code that makes our boys announce their bathroom schedule out loud. Maybe Taron and I are related.

"Alright that's three years of drama school for you" 😂😂 he was so gleeful of that, but honestly it's no surprise he knows some of these phrases, he must've done so much Shakespeare at RADA Also, I've only watched this one video of them together in this press junket but I love their dynamic. Jamie is kinda like a much older brother or parent figure, 3:49 he knew Taron was wrong the moment Taron started speaking but he lets him finish saying what he thought before gently correcting him. I love that

soooo... that isn't medieval slang... it's Elizibethan slang, which was after medieval times by 100 years or so (depending on which scholar you talk to). You may scoff at that but language changes a lot in just a few decades let alone a century. I'm real glad they didn't try to call this Old English lol that would be Beowulf in it's original form Anyways loved the vid, love both actors, fun stuff

Very true. Things changed a great deal during Elizabethan time period especially because of the great vowel shift. Most of these sayings can be found in Shakespeare and his contemporaries. I must admit that I knew most of these.
