I wished he had talked about Gene Gene The Dancing Machine. I loved him and Chuck dancing together. Always wondered how that act came about. It was hilarious

I MADE MY TV DEBUT ON THE GONG SHOW BACK IN 1976. CHUCK BARRIS WAS A WONDERFUL, KIND MAN. I LOVED HIM.

Who knew we could blame/credit Klinger for the evolution of The Gong Show? Loved it, loved Chuck Barris in it. RIP, Mr. B.

RIP to the great Chuck Barris. His Coked up antics on the "Gong Show" use to make my days when our local station played it at lunch time. He was really a trailblazer.

The anarchistic spirit is what I loved about the Gong Show, it was truly crazy. Thanks, Chuck.
