    If Jamestown Mall's site weren't so close to Lindbergh Boulevard, I'd agree. Maybe one of those Minimum Security "cozy prisons," but I still wouldn't trust all those North County hood rats who killed Jamestown Mall in the first place. 🤔

    I wonder will any black owned construction companies and black plumbers and electricians and black contractors are going to have a part of this project. It seems like black people are only interested in spending their money at the mall instead of making money from the building itself. How are you going to create black economical wealth if you don't participate in these types of projects. The money is in the development of these buildings you spend your money at.
