This is a beautiful home. I’ve toured this James Town home around 4 times because this model home is stunning. I’ve taken family and friends by as well. We haven’t seen a one story home that compares to the James Town Estate floor plan just yet. Taking time to really find what we are looking for in the future.

Great videos, love the house. There seems to be a small glare or smudge in the corner of your camera lens

It's possible. It was a very hot and humid day. I was also having some challenges with sun glare in conjunction with the lighting in the home at times, but thanks a bunch! Glad you appreciate the work and an upgrade is on the way. 😁
