The book is on my bathroom bench for years but I haven’t looked for the cd. I don’t think a month has gone by without me thinking about that little break… “James Jamerson on the bass” in the last 25 years. The nastiness of this guy as he climbs the ladder then settles into a groove. That’s basically the Jamerson story in a nutshell.

Well said my friend, he was truly a master and a unique artist. I’ll be posting the other side of the tape this week.
I said the same thing about the song called Darling Dear, Jamerson was singing on Bass
