I was at a James Holden party in 2005, it was one of the best parties,I and the whole audience really liked it

The Inheritors is one of the best albums EVER, and a pitty most people never heard about this author....

Especially at the end of the video you can see the people smiling, being happy. That's the kind of vibe that made a Border Community night so special...

Great performance by James Holden

james holden puts on the greatest live shows, I went to see him in Toronto only knowing a few tracks.. and he was amazing.. like out of this world amazing

Saw James Holden here in Sydney back in '07 or '08....walked past him, dude looked like a space cadet! Played an amazing set.

I feel ignorant when I refer james holden as a electronic musician. People think right away he is a mainstream artist or something, which is unexciting. From now on I'll try to refer as something at his height, even though I still feel i'm not smart enough to know a word to describe him... Golden Holden right there.

The_Analyst when I refer him as a DJ or something, people think right away he might be a david ghetta or a steve aoki alike. There should be a term to avoid that misunderstood.

***** if people associate the term DJ with david ghetta or a steve aoki, yer probably talking to the wrong people, those two jerkoffs are not a standard for anyting except selling out on a big scale. Holden as a dj does what dj culture used to be all about, playing really good tunes using a personal dj style.

He's not a DJ. He's a composer and performer. Aoki doesn't even DJ he just plays tracks.

been a holden fan from around 2001 2002 this guy is unreal production djing and always staying relevant and trying new sounds he makes these so called EDM djs look like school dicso jocks
