I think leaving SBG was the move but to go to the gym he is at now isn't much better for him. He needs a ATT, AKA, Greg Jackson, Sanford, Elevation. Even smaller gyms like alliance, MMA labs, and Xtreme coture would fit him. He won't progress that much where he is at, Krause and his team are just ok.

He's not a top 10 Bellator fighter. All the shine he got was from Conor and John. He left SBG and looks terrible. He's chasing fame and arrogance. Greatness takes humility and hard work not tough guy talk and ego bluster.

just watched john kavanaghs interview regarding conors decline as a fighter and i can tell you, james did the right thing leaving that gym.

James Gallagher started very young with John Kavanagh. I don't think he has done anything else in his life other than MMA. He is not a real person as a result. I don't think he's developed much in the way of a personality or character. He tries to imitate McGregor or what he imagines a great fighter to be like but it all just seems a bit paperthin and forced. It just comes across as so obnoxious
