yummy.... I think I will cook this tonight with some whiting fish because that is all I have.... yours turned out so pretty and yummy golden..... very little ingredients love it.
I will sure try this it so simple. Thanks chef Ricardo 🇬🇾🇯🇲🇨🇦
The only thing. For me, I don't add salt because the saltfish is already salted. Even when you boil it, there's still some salt left in it.
thank you chef ricardo for keeping our culture alive real Jamaican style. Perhaps we could suggest some other protein for the vegans
Looks tasty and delicious. Awe Chef, you took me back to my childhood years when grandma used to cook it.

I really enjoyed your video titled Saltfish Fritters. At first I was wondering why you did not give measurements, then I realized that the measurements are in your cook book, Caribbean Cuisine Cookbook. I will buy your book, and watch your video to see how you actually execute the recipes. Keep up the good work Chef Ricardo.

I made this KETO style 😋 I used most of what you use but I use Almond flour instead with two egg instead of water, also to eliminate the oil I use a mini waffle maker with a little spray of olive oil. It turned out Yummy as well👌🏽😍👍🏽

I LOVE fritters!
Lovely 😊👏🏽!!.
Delicious eating this right now good food 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Thanks for sharing. Can you please make some salmon patties with fresh salmon. Thanks in advance
lovely thank you
mmm looks great i will make them
The way I do it is to mix the flour and water first, little at a time then all the other ingredients after. Watch the salt amount, if you haven't soaked and boiled the salt fish long enough then it's still salty. So taste a piece of the salt fish to see how salty it is. You can substitute the salt fish with shrimps. Most delicious when they are just made (still hot). One of the best Jamaican snacks, you can never eat just one. Keep up the good work Chef Ricardo. Folks don't just watch - like, subscribe and share. HAVE A BLESSED DAY
