If I say the review style of Shoaib Sir and Yahya Sir then Shoaib sir is more of a South Delhi guy from modern times and Yahya Sir is like a guy from North Delhi who kept his rich culture.

Dont want to hurt anybody but Poore video mein aap wakai us kitabon wale waqt ke aur shoaib aaj ke khana dominated waqt ke nazar aye. Shayad aap akele banate to ye video zyada khoobsurat roop mein ubharta. Well, it is my observation and opinion. Nothing meant to hurt Or bind you Or any viewer. Biryani ki meri aur aapki pasand bilkul ditto. Halaki kai bar changezi nam sun ke tajjub hota hai. Because this dish has suddenly emerged out of the blue. Changez Khan ne to na ye dish banayi hogi aur na hi khayi hogi. I am really surprised how and when it encroached upon the legacy of Mughaliya Zayeka. Starting mein background mein jo Qutub Khana Azizia aap ne dikhaya wo mere marhoom vaalid sahab ke hum nivala dost marhoom Maulvi Sahab ka hai. Doc saab baat ye hai kay Shoaib mere mehmaan thhey aur unka apna andaz hai. Mera manna hai kay jaisey har insaan ka DNA alag hota hai, pasand alag hoti hai, awaz aur nazar alag hoti hai waise hi andaz bhi mukhtalif hota hai. Aur yehi India kay guldasta hone ki daleel hai. Shoaib has a big audience and unko taste ki kaafi samajh hai. Aap ki mohabbat ka bohot shukria. Ye kutub Khana Anjuman Taraqqi Urdu hai. Abdussalam Saheb (Principal Anglo Arabic School) mere ustad rahe hain. Unki dukan Kutub JKhana Aziziah hai aapne bilkul sahi farmaya.

Jo maza aur nasha khusbuon aur zykon me hai Khano ke wo bayan karti hai sadgi ishq shayri aur khilane Wali ki mehmaan nawazi mohabbat aur nazakat. Baki Zuban bayan kar deti hai khano ki bahar phir tarif karte karte alfaaz bhi Kam pad jate hai.

Hi. Great episode. There is something worth mentioning. When the Chicken chingazi was prepared the chicken was raw. the bones has fresh blood . Time 10mins and 5 sec of the episode. I will appreciate if you convey this to Samar Restaurant (even the episode is one year ago). Regards

I relate with what Yahya shab said about Biryani. There used to be a time in Jama Masjid when you used to find beef biryani on both side of the roads (Al jawahar road). It does not matter the beef but the taste where it was not salty and absolutely not achari. This achari flavour dominates the flavour on the biryani there nowadays. Which people may like. Yahyi Ji or anybody here can suggest me where I can find the old biryani flavour which was not this bright orange colored and salty. But more white rice and light spice where the meat flavour was enriching the biryani.
