I don't know why, but although I love a lot of KZread cooking shows, I relax when I see you cook, and when I'm chopping vegetables or preparing food, I calm down!!!! I like cooking a whole lot more now.😊🙏👌 I take that calm feeling to washing dishes, sweeping etc. Thanks.....

Wow that jam is in Australia that’s so cool. There’s a chocolate brand called dagoba from a small town in oregon and when I went to Bahamas and saw it sold I was blown away

Instead of powdered sugar you could also dilute some apricot jam and brush that on the pastry. Makes it nice and shiny.
