Big Milt should 100% get extended. I expect big things frok him this season.

Eh, not so high on Reed. He’s a liability in coverage. His speed and change of direction sucks. He’s a good tackler and what not so I’m happy to rotate him in as Safety #3, but I don’t think he’s a long term starter. Simmons would immediately improve our defense to a scary level.

Simmons is a great player but we have solid starters and depth. Not saying I would hate it though

As much talent Justin Simmons is, as well as being related to Vic, our defense has many, many defensive positions filled and I personally believe that our Free Safety players Reed Blankenship and Sydney Brown are very talented when healthy and I doubt that both will be injured at the same time, but if that does somehow happen, we always have our expendable Cooper DeJean who could play the position. I love Justin Simmons ability, and his statistics on paper are great, but saving some money for future expenses and contracts is probably the smarter choice. I think our defense at this point looks absolutely dangerous on paper from each position offensive and defensive and of course special teams wise. I'm extremely confident in the players we have right now. In addition, Milton Williams definitely has my vote for an extension and I agree with everything said in the video. He's still young, and he's progressed since the Eagles got him in the draft. I do think he still does need improvements, but he definitely has gained a lot of knowledge and practiced hard as well as proven himself to be a worthy asset toward the team and franchise.

I’m good with Blankenship! People forget that him and Sydney were the only ones tackling at last season. And with CJGJ Back Blankenship will just develop into ever more of a threat
