To anyone not realising it: they run an average speed of 20+ km/h. That's just so insane to me and people who don't run regularly.

I just ran today 3 km with avg. 13.5km pace. I DIED!!! The people that don't run have no idea what this means.

Yeah i remember when someone pushed me in my first race. Is there any penalities for that?

I never noticed Nordås in this race before today. He has come a long way. Really impressive to see his improvement in both the 1500m and the 5000m in recent years.

Thanks for sharing but I wish you didn't spoil the result in the title...

Sorry, but you're wrong, to be "fazed" by something is the correct use. Phased is different word with a different meaning. Maybe google the correct grammar before you try to correct someone...

Idk. His training plan was not built around the 10,000m at all. He is yet to even race a 10,000 on the track.

No hate at all! But as a runner, it is kinda known to not ever rush out to first right at the start or else you will burn out so I wonder why there is always one person who does it
