It's when I see videos like this you understand why I will never be great at golf. We're talking 2-4 degrees with face, path and attack angle at 100-115 mph and each degree combination wildly changes the outcome... Also why every amateur that comes to a lesson asks for "consistency". Sure, you want some unicorns and holy grails with that Sir? The best I can do is to practice my short game 95% of the time as the lower speed actually allows for some control of those inputs but instead like everybody else it's 95% ball bashing on the range :-D

You're right for investing in short game. I'll also say that you don't have to have a perfect technical swing to score well. The key is having a repeatable swing that you trust. The biggest problem I see daily, and it drives me crazy, is guys working on a move they watched on TV or KZread that contradicts the type of swing motion they have.

Great great video!!! Wow working from hitting a slice to modifying it to a small fade. Never thought about it that way. I get stuck inside too many times.. going to work on this for sure….

great video sir. been saying this for 5 years on your channel. Few things' matter, long, short, compact, flowing, twichy , fluid , early wrist hing, late wrist hing, high hands, deep hands ect....................it really bowls down to how much time you want to put in, and what your goals are and in the end..........................how much money do you have.

Really nice guy to get a lesson from. Very civilised to credit Manzella. Think McIlroy with his hook problem just now could do with a bit of that. It was a Corey Pavin practice swing back in the day, pre Noren.

Your swing looks great using this method, and you can’t argue with the results. Hope you take it to the course and report back.

Wow -- what a great development for you IMHO! If you can get to a neutral to slightly leftward pattern and a stable face .... you will have a ton of confidence in where that ball is going (straight to slightly cut)

Great teacher! Question: Did you actually get any better score wise since you started this? Seems hard to actually play good golf if you see so many different guys.

Hi Brendan. I suppose Christo Garcia would love your efforts at a subtle OTT swing and may even wish to help you.. Personally overworking my trail shoulder in my swing never worked for me. However comparatively while in my golf posture I simply do one continuous clockwise turning of my trail shoulder immediately exiting left post impact from my ball. This may appear to some as OTT but it is not. Cheers 🥂😊

I never understood it, but if you watch Tiger’s practice swings when he was playing 10 years ago this was his practice swings.

The one time I broke 80 happened when I was working on Manzella's "Never Hook Again" pattern. Haven't seen 80 in a long time; maybe its time to revisit it! With this pattern, does distance suffer?

Go back to Mike or Monte, your swing looked better 4-5 years ago working with them, lessons from 100s of instructors is confusing, paralysis by analysis
