I relate to this so much. I had depression for a while and always acted happy so that my friends would feel ok. But I got therapy and got better. I currently have anxiety but I have been able to manage it. Whether you relate to me or not, I want you to remember this: Boys DO cry. It’s natural and ok. We have just been forced to hide it. It’s okay to get help and talk to someone. You aren’t alone. Get therapy, there are people who care about you and they don’t want to lose you. It is okay to get help. 💪
