False. I've had more hours of speed running this game than I care to admit. Go look at your trophies again. Some trophies require a trigger. Especially Jak II.

@@xXDopamineInbalanceXx from what i know on ps4 trophies unlocks from nothing if you use debug mode (just teleport to last mission), but on ps3 you need to activate a trigger

Imagine the hours of probing it must have taken to discover all of these holes in the geometry.

This actually harder than the game itself lol

I got the first game in either 2004/5 for my birthday (we had Jak II before this and it was our first PS2 game too!) and I only completed it late 2017. I even have some of my saves from 2006!

Huge thanks brotha! I’ve already fully completed the game in regular and hero mode but today is June 21st and can confirm this works with the PS4 collection I just ran through the game in 3 hours flat took a few tries to hop through that first wall cause if you don’t do it right you fall to your death or get blown up randomly but everything else I did flawlessly, also to the nay sayers out there you get the guns and jet board if you complete one of the trials in the tomb (I always do the one on the right first) and then die

It works, after a few tries (trail and error) but then your left with the undeniable fact you’ve gotten through most of the game and have to face enemies and a boss without any guns

i love playing this game even today i still play it a whole bunch on my ps3 and i remember using this glitch like 3 years ago in like 2016 during the big holidays and once i was tired of completing the game like 12 to 13 times over i used this glitch ONCE and it took me hours just to make it from the jumping part with the hover car cause i didnt know u could jump in a car lol... anyways luv this vid dude thx 4 showing me DA WAE! @@ClassicalGamerYT. no problem for that 😁 I remember raging at 1st as a kid, but then I saw them doing the shortcuts and practiced the jumps they do. The race became much easier, but the ai can be a b***** if you don't use the same cheap tricks like they do 😳😁

Who else played this game since they were in like 5th grade and only completed it 5 years later?😂 I beat this game like 3-4 times now. Been playing this game for like 8 years. When the # of times you beat the game is like half of the # of years you spent playing it 😂

@@JudgeBane it’s like the whole Jak and daxter series requires you to have a developed brain to beat the game. Or to even progress in the game. I couldn’t even get past the second mission until I got older and saw that the dead town place was actually somewhere else, I was trying to climb buildings cuz thorn pointed up😂

There was a version 1.03 bug fix for this game i'm guessing a few years ago now i'm not sure when they did it but that probably fixed this glitch if what you're saying is true.

You have to complete one of the next missions to trigger a cutscene, this should give you the guns and the board

How dare you break the holy chain of letters

This was so painful to watch. It started off a tad crime from roll jumping into peds but then you redeemed yourself with a perfect bizarre skip even with the cell loading hassle, but the Mars Tomb part - DUDE that was pathetic! You have to use some SPEED on that hop and shoot upwards with the zoomer! You don't need to make a static 3mph hop. You get nowhere doing that. Practice would do you good, for the people baffled by his video, go watch a guy on here ThaRixer. He's a Jak II speed run vet. He is insane compared to this amateur stuff. Hell I haven't reached a decent any % record and I can still do better than this.
