Dude... Jailbreaking does not mean sideloading. When we talk about jailbreaking we're talking about actual software hacking, bios stripping, and full on hardware access to memory to throw in another OS all together. Except if your iPhone is iOS 17.4 and the region is set to any EU country and the devices have to be physically in the region including your Apple TV device and make sure it has TV OS 17.4.

Yup, the dude speaks for 8 and a half minutes to say NOTHING he hasn't already said in his previous videos. ROKU just sucks ass! Get a Raspberry pi5 8gb with a m.2 hat, m.2 drive and a case for it then install Kodi. Then you have a legitimate appliance that can be used for ANY 4K + streaming for a decade or more. Plenty of videos on this and it blows all other streaming devices combined out of the water.

You dont need to sideload any streaming apps to jailbreak a roku this man doing to much

There was a time when Fire TV devices didn't have all of the main streaming services, in the UK at least - I think it was Now TV which is quite popular in the UK that it didn't have if I remember correctly. It's why I got one a while ago. The basic models were also often cheaper than Amazon devices, think I got mine for £20. Also, not everybody is into sideloading apps, and some people have an ethical objection to Amazon as a company.

I got mine for like under 10 euros, sucks that sideloading doesn't work but honestly I mostly watch yt anyway and I had an older TV so it does its job, and i find them quite responsive compared to fire tv sticks, and the remote feels nicer too

Roku is a really great device, but I live in Australia and a number of local channels and streaming services are not supported. It's impossible to get any info from Roku and other services to get them supported! Such a shame!

I agree Roku sux but only because I can't side load easily. I have a Phillips roku tv and firestick and a generic android based box and the ONN box and a firestick and I just got a tivo stream based on Google TV all because the firestick is becoming obsolete and I need to be able to find my shows
