Technically deleted data is just in a queue to be replaced. You can recover lost data like this so long as it's not overwritten. It just wouldn't reverse the process unless acted on from a different device.

@@nathankellogg2640 no, that's not how formatting works. When you format data, you also rewrite all values. So that if had there been data before, it isn't now. Reformatting isn't the same as deleting. As you said, deleting doesnt involve rewriting data. But reformatting does.

It’s just cringe and humor was based on internet memes that were dead before the movie even came out. At the end of the day, what you have is a generic boring movie for kids with a bunch of product placement that nobody wants to see. The central message of this story is also just be a nice guy and expect every girl to fall in love with you after you send one emoji. Like it’s super toxic and reeks of nice guy syndrome and not how relatonships should ever be done. The part where jailbreak rejects gene and then he acts super sad and guilts her into a relationship with him is the pinnacle of manipulative behavior. It’s just sad to see this being taught to children

The idea of it is creative, but the execution is horrible. None of the characters were that good or fleshed out, and the way they depict teens only using emojis to communicate is stupid. Alex's crush falling in love with him at the end was hillarously bad because I don't think a emoji is the best way to express your feelings thats just being lazy, Alex is as bland as white bread for me to care about. I will say that even though I didn't enjoy this movie, I don't find it offensive, just boring and a waste of time, in my opinion The movie just ripoffs some disney movies since it has the plot of Wreck It Ralph (including Wreck It Ralph 2's unnecessary monetization of companies) And has the same premise of Inside Out, but those movies were actually good, so I'd rather watch those.

Also, this movie came out in 2017, and I was 11 then, so I was technically a kid and don't remember enjoying the movie. I'm 18 now and still feel nothing special towards it. Say what you want but I've never met someone in my generation say, "Words aren't cool! Use an emoji 😎" if you like the movie that's cool I just don't care much about it
