Ok so i think i can form what does the federation work value ir Layer 1 the faceless workers and walterbob they seem to be the lowest scum of the federation Layer 2 the guards they are very replacable (pac discovered that there are an infin8te number of guards) but they do not respawn and they take care of the faceless workers Layer 3 foolish fit and pierre they cant know a single thing about the federation except their job titles or else they get fired Layer 4 cellbit he seems to be the only one assigned to do actual searches not just deliver info and the federations seems to tolerate him alot more Layer 5 mr president forever he does not influence anything on the federation but he can alter everything on the island as along is acording to the federation guidelines and he cannot be fired Layer 6 jaiden elquackity and osito bimbo they can move and do stuff with the federation like experiments and stuff while they can be fired looking at there job quality it seems like this will no happen any time soon Layer 7 cucurucho he is actively doing most of the federations jobs like overseeing the island and giving foice of prison to people Layer 8 the duck the island owner and possible crator of the federation he can freely change stuff without following rules

Ok hi I’m gunna do a theory or two. Feel free to prove me wrong cuz I’m not 100% caught up with lore and there’s a lot I don’t know. Theory 1: the cucuruchos are MADE by the federation. They made 1 “perfect” cucurucho and then tried to make another. The 2nd one didn’t turn out as well as the first. Instead of just trying again they are trying to see if they could fix Cucu #2. Theory 2: The 2nd Cucu is very bubbly and child-like. He likes painting and bubbles. One of the paintings on the wall was Bobby. I’m thinking that Bobby, Juana, Tilin, and Trump are all still alive. Maybe all the eggs have 3 lives instead of 2. After the 2nd death the Federation takes them, this would explain how the parents saw their kids after they died. You can’t just bring people/eggs back to life, (unless they can, idk they might have magic or smth) and even if they could, they would have to kill the eggs again and what’s the point of that? I think that Cucu #2 has made friends with “dead” eggs, and because of his very childish behavior he and Bobby have become good friends, thus Cucu2 painting him. Ok there r my theories :)
