एक लड़की है ( आशा)जिसकी उम्र १८ वर्ष है वह अच्छे से बोल नही सकती (बचपन से है)इतना बोल सकती है अम्मा मामा नाना ऐसे शब्द बोल सकती है और कभी भी अपने मन मर्जी से बोलती है वह सुन सकती है और कभी कभी जोर से बोलती आम्मा उसे बोलने पर गिलास ला, पानी ला , ब्रश कर और भोजन करने के लिए बैठ जाती है लेकिन खुद का काम नहीं कर सकती जैसे बाथरूम, ब्रश , नहाना, कपड़े पहनना, इत्यादि और वह ज्यादातर चावल दाल खाती है और बैठी रहती है कुछ भी बोलने पर मारती है। आर्थिक हालात भी ठीक नहीं है तो ऐसे स्थिति में क्या करें वह कैसे ठीक हो सकती है मैं इस विषय पर गम्भीर हुं।
