It’s surprising how much work go’s into a car for banger racing

Actually quite surprised how much prep is involved in banger racing.👌

i like the bit about all parts are carefully removed to keep other jags on the road 😂😂😂 meanwhile in the background the stripping team can be seen ripping the steering column and dash board out without a care in the world and to add insult to injury somebody hurls a piece of metal through the rear windscreen yep obviously a lot of care taken there 🤣🤣🤣

yeah, that "parts were stripped to keep other jags on road" sounds like bullshit and before they actually started to strip this car there were dents and scars already all over body... yet the car was like new on the trailer.

Screens should cheese wire them out like Screen guys do as spend yonks clearing up/finding bits of glass for ages plus decent glass for them sells! Jag owners clubs always looking for bits.

"The end of it's road going life" If i would have this Jag, i turned this car back to fresh in matter of 4 to 6 weeks, if i worked 8 hours a day on it.

There is a reason why they use Jaguars in Banger Races. The body of a Jaguar can take much more punishment. Especially the Jaguar's nose section is very strong.

@@opoxious1592 jaguar,s are a good solid car. Back in the day the engines outlived the bodies. Nowadays the older x300 and 308s are going to become in to classic status in a few years time. So if you get a good one hang on to it I reckon.

That XJ6 is rotten mate, Beyond economic repair, It's a 3.2 and never going to be worth much money, Better that it gets used as a banger racer for some fun and not just weighed in and crushed!
