Sorry you cannot get over the loss of your loved one. It will take time. Just keep close to God. He can help you dispel some of our conditioned knowledge. We all are souls that live forever. Sanathan Dharma recognizes the fire of material sufferings all around us. The source of this is our attachment and ego. That is what we have to slay. If however this is not possible. Then consider going for modern counseling or even other types of religions preoccupied with trying to alleviate the suffering temporarily, without full knowledge.
