Really looking forward to this dude's minutes this season. Danny and Brad have both excelled at gathering tough, athletic guards who can defend up, and Springer feels like another one.

Springer can defend! he can play some good stretches with that defense. Look at him hounding Jaquez 😂, whose like a feet taller than him 😂, He got that dog mentality 💪

Jaquez is 6'6" and Springer is 6'4", so they're actually pretty close in height

Shows promise, appears to be a year away. His pnr skills as a ball handler look solid. He still needs more reps before he can be a 20 min a game guy imo but I think his development could potentially make Jrue or White tradable in the future when they're on the back end of their contracts(3-4 years from now). If he continues to get better I also think we trade Pritchard after next year and give him those minutes.

I think the issue up til now has been his offense, but if his 3 point shot can start falling more consistently like it did in this game he could end up in the rotation.
