Can i do it if i have a few closed clomedeons on my forehead and lower cheeks?
I learned from a few places and people to sweep away from the heart not towards it. What are your thoughts on this ? As I saw you going down your neck (towards your Heart) instead of up (away from Heart)

Top to bottom for more focus on drainage, bottom to top for more of a lift and anti ageing effect. Massages are versatile and it's always customised after everyones personal needs. Do as you feel works/feels best for you
