I have a ton of these and I'm looking to start turning them into bonsai. You're one of the first channels, out of dozens I've seen, that actually show the progress as you go. That's not a jade plant, it's a spekboom, Portulacaria afra. The leaves are much smaller and the plant has no relationship whatsoever with the jade plant, Crassula ovata, although both are endemic to South Africa. Otherwise a great video.
