Figure ruined

I'm tempted to go all out on all jada figures just to support the line. Articulation that we have wanted for years, shading and paint, being in a scale that people want and reasonably priced. Even the interviews Juhn does with the community shows he is a fan wanting to make great figures.

Absolutely love these colors. If Jada does P2 dhalsim and blanka, take my money

I'll be collecting the whole line, but not the "skittles" (Except e.ryu and v.ken)

People are kitbashing this one with the white gi painting the bandana red to get an amazing SF2 RYU.

I know Juhn from Jada Toys talked about this on another channel about wanting to do some kind of exclusive with Paulmart/Frank & sons but I never heard of anything like the unique angle you mentioned. I only knew of this because people using the flesh parts on standard Ryu to fix the orange skintone and red gloves, being somewhat more accessible than Dark Ryu

@@AnthonysCustoms in a new interview uploaded today the exclusive was brought up and he mentioned wanting to do more player 2 exclusive releases like this along with deluxe versions with unique accessories in the future so I guess we’ll see where that goes, I personally don’t mind if we get unique pieces or not, in this case since it costed more than the usual $25 for being the same thing I guess I would rather get something new with it but either way I’m all in on this line so far

Colors are way better than the original release. I got this version so I can kitbash it with the the white gi. Like you mentioned I know the skin tone still isn’t perfect but I’ll take it over what the og release was. If I have to paint the headband so be it… but the skin tone and brown gloves make the purchase worth it for the kitbash imho. As for the QOTD… I’m not collecting the skittles. These things don’t even exist in stores near me.. gotta order them online so that’ll honestly help keep me from doing it… that and will probably buy the robot master power colors of Mega Man.. Also.. I’d love to see Jada get a deal with Konami as well. I need some proper Metal Gear Solid and CastleVania figures and these guys get my vote to do them.

I plan to buy just the plain original colors. If money wasn't an issue, then I'd get them all in all colors.

Man, I wish Jada didn’t make exclusives. It’s hard enough getting these figures in the UK, but I was all in on SOTA and I’m all in on Jada

They said in the interview on "Robo Don't Know" they're gonna distribute the exclusives globally this year so international customers don't miss out.

Make a short showing the results of your fix. So we know what works before we strew ours up.

So far I have the regular release Ryu, Chun Li, Fel Long, and Evil Ryu. I was tempted with this one but ultimately decided (for sanity) that I didn't need every color variant for every character, and passed on it.

I’d love to get the Hyper Fighting (blue gi, white headband) and Super Turbo (navy gi, yellow headband) for Ryu as SOTA never got round to it. What will his skin tone be next time??

I collect the same figures from time to time but it really depends if I like the color scheme or not. I don't get all version of the same figure that's for sure.

Jada needs to focus on getting their figures released rather than announcing the entire roster and falling short. The original plan was 3 characters released quarterly after the initial announcement. We're still barely getting Chun-Li.

I also found this grey n blue Ryu at Singapore toycon, but it doesn't have the paulmart exclusive on it.

Maybe Jada toys will be able to make a Marvel vs. Capcom spider-man, I'm praying that it happens

I’d still rather have bad shading in the right spots then no shading or dark shading on high points.

I didn't like the skin tonne on the old one that much but I too feel this P2 version has a very pale skin color, which still bothers me so I am ok with the first P1 version, this could be a rabbit hole😂

You can actually take ryu's shirt off. Just lightly pull the top of his belt and it should be taken off, the same goes for his shirt.

Love this line but I'm trying very hard not to purchase this exclusive. One, its more expensive, two, it doesn't have any new accessory, and three, dont want to go down the rabbit hole of buying all the different colors of each character.

Love the skin tone this time around, but really dislike the shading, it looks like it was done with MS Paint airbrush tool.

​@@ryosazaki1686You should do whatever you like more and depending on your goals. Are you trying to collect the whole roster or just your favorites? I plan to get at least one of everyone but so far I only have the 3 Ryu figures. I think I'll order the rest of series 1 and Ken once the preorder window has passed. Otherwise, I'll wait on Ken a little longer to wait out any unforeseen QC issues.
