I think Jack’s cracked a little, between the repetitive requests, freebird, and the meme songs. I like he’s just lost all politeness in telling half the crowd to be quiet and demanding silence to do the tally make, but his confidence as a performer now is great. Thank you all the uploads!

Technically it also means: "You hate, youe hate me." Depends on the context and that

As a Swiss, hearing rammstein was so good, and yes, everything in german sounds so much more intense than it should be

Sooo... as it fits the occasion... a little introduction about "du hast" First of all, the obvious: Du hast sounds very aggressive and is indeed a double-entendre of du hast - you have and du hasst - you hate. The full sentence however, once completed, goes "you have asked me and I have said nothing." The question is implied to be a wedding proposal, as the chorus repeats "Do you want to stay faithful to her 'til death do you part?", to which both possible replies JA (yes) and NEIN (no) are repeated. So basically the song is a song about a bond of eternal love, and/or the hate that comes with an unfaithful marriage.

As a german I am confused... is it du hast mich or du hasst mich... the former would be you habe me, the latter would be you hate me....
