I seriously hope these trainees are treated with respect in the workplace. In my experience, restaurant kitchen staff, chefs, front of house employees and management can treat cooks poorly, even though they desperately need these workers. Disappointed, I tried to donate from New Zealand only to be told its's not supported from here. I love the idea,but unable to help. Hopefully you can sort that out.
