You can see from the video that it holds without me holding it, as with all the pics online :) x
What did you say about using a leather protector? What is it? And how do you use it? What else do you do to protect the bags?

Just Google leather protector for bags, there’s various types but it helps to keep the leather hydrated and looking it’s best. X
What is the size of this bag?
How do you adjust the strap?! I feel like an idiot and can’t figure out how to take the little gold nub thing out of the hole. I have the moyen size!

You just have to pull it at an angle, if you look closely there's a hole then a little slit in the leather to help get it out! xx

I have an iphone 12 pro and it doesn’t fit. I did not realize this bag was so tiny😢 I just got it today and am so disappointed at how small it is
