Jacob L’okori Oulanyah Speaks at IYLA Global Summit at the UN General Assembly Hall
Jacob Oulanyah is a Deputy Speaker of Parliament, a Member of Parliament representing Omoro County. He is an Attorney of the Courts of Judicature in Uganda and Notary Public. He was in the 7th, 9th and the current 10th Parliament , where he studied economics and non-profit management.
