Mine haven't turned mine green, but lawd are my ears SORE after wearing them even for just a few hours. My ears only get sore like that from brassy metals 😔 it's like that pre-ache before they start getting a gross, smelly, allergic reaction. It's so frustrating because they're SO cute... I've already worn them so I'll keep them as a statement piece, but it's back to the market for a good pair of hoops. I haven't even tried on the perfect hoop I bought, yet, because when I opened the box, the latch wasn't quite long enough to secure into the clasp at the back. The earring won't close/stay closed. I'm so disappointed, because they're both genuinely so pretty 😞 Good luck with yours!

I know! If it were me, I think after a second completely failed launch I wouldn’t have gone back. Even the first one with the gross lipsticks would have turned me off. I know she really wants to have a successful launch and I think she’s really strong willed, but at this point it’s just her spending money.

The JH issue : People still mention the lipstick because she never properly took accountability. She lied, lied some more, then played victim.

I get the volume of criticism she gets is huge and overwhelming, but she is a public figure, who is regularly trying to make money off of us.

The same mistake made over and over demonstrates a lack of respect for the people that she ultimately expects to consumer her products. It’s not like she doesn’t have the funds to ensure her business practices are up to par yet she chooses to cut corners. Whether she admits this fact or not, it is evident by her outcomes so she can save her next apology.

I don’t understand how people can keep buying from her. She has shown her hand too many times for people to be so surprised when they get cheap, poorly made, and broken items from her. They just need to stop blindly giving her their money :/

I don’t feel bad for her she’s had multiple failures and has still clearly not learned how to successfully run a business,listen to her customers and give them a half decent product/service.

It happens in every single launch. The site crashes, cyber attacks, bad quality of product and such. It's ridiculous the amount of money that goes into everything she does and still can't manage to bring a good launch.

It is about using her name to make a quick buck, knowing she will have to apologize afterwards that she let fans down, and she is fine with that. Rinse, repeat. How she still has any fans left, i don't know.

As someone who used to make jewelry by hand, quality of materials matters. If anyone contacted me about a piece that broke or they had an allergic reaction, I would do anything I could to make it right, even refunding the money if that is what it took. If you are not willing to go the extra mile for your customers, then don't sell anything.

The idea that she knows some things are going to break, and that’s just how selling jewelry works, is complete crap. I have done all of my shopping almost exclusively online for the last 10 to 15 years, including jewelry, both fine jewelry and costume jewelry. Even if it’s something small that someone made on Etsy, I have never had to deal with jewelry arriving that was just broken. My last customer service experience that was this bad was buying something from someone on eBay a good 15 years ago, and I had to fight them to get my money back. That was an individual person. I have never had experiences with a company like the ones her customers are now describing.

Ive worked in manufacturing for almost 30 years, and to have this kind of attitude that things are going to break is the best way to destroy your business. Its not OK to just accept that manufacturing is letting poor quality ship out the door. Its not OK to be OK with your company shipping out garbage and not packaging things in a way that keeps them safe. She clearly doesnt care about her product or her customers.

i buy almost all my jewelry off aliexpress. i'm surprised people think just bcs it's cheap it's not good quality or "it will turn green!!" it's all about the material it's made off. stainless steel, 925 silver, titanium, all dirt cheap and last you ages! just stop buying zinc/alloy jewelry, doesn't matter what brand you buy it from that's the reason it oxidizes.

Don't feel sry. Y'all should know by now. I only bought her highlighters AFTER she was in Ulta. A real company. Their return policy is great. Never have any problems.

What was crazy to me is that she literally said she's not doing well and couldn't promote her holiday makeup launch then like the next day she was all about promoting her jewelry and was " HOLIDAY LAUNCH WHO???? "

Work for a bank. If any of ya'll bought anything from this launch and got something damage or defective, try reaching out to your banks/credit card companies and file a dispute. they can try working out something for you especially if the merchant's not responding. Best case scenario you get your refund. Worst case scenario you spend a couple minutes over the phone with someone that can actually start something about it.

I don’t think so… it’s ruining her name. She wants a fast cash grab and sadly, it always ends up coming to light how cheap she makes the products and how much we paid for said cheap, moldy, green neck turning products.

As a person who hand makes custom jewelry, and has been for years, this is just another big eye roll. She needs to do her homework on this stuff and stop outsourcing….everything. Jewelry isn’t something you can just say, “oh I’m gonna do this now”. You have to learn it, just like cosmetics, which I also formulate and hand make. Jewelry and cosmetic chemistry both take years to learn, which I’m thinking she has not ever done based on her product quality across the board. Even the Morphe makeup brushes I have with her name on them are crap and fell apart after one wash, which my other Morphe brushes don’t do. This woman needs to take a breath and find one thing she loves, and take the time to master it instead of going for the money grab as fast as possible. She’s lucky she has this platform because the rest of us would get the door slammed on us if we ran our businesses the way she does, or had products as crappy as hers are. I don’t like to ever bring another woman down, but honey, take a damn minute to figure out what you want to do and actually LEARN it, do it well, and then you can run with it. Oof.

This is literally the definition of insanity. You know what the outcome will be yet people still keep buying her stuff. Just like when Tana sells things. I don't feel bad when you keep supporting people who are literally ripping you off as their career.

As someone who’s worked for manufacturers in the US in quality there are standards for quality levels in every industry. In the flooring industry for example there’s a 5% allowance for “defective” material in an individual customers order. In the jewelry there is probably a similar standard. Manufacturing your own product is insanely difficult and there are so many things to think about in regards to quality. I’ve also trained customer service teams and it’s an incredibly difficult thing to do. It’s likely her team wasn’t fully prepared for how many people would be reaching out. Also proving something is a defect after it’s been worn is a separate process that takes time. There’s a lot of factors here that I feel like people don’t take into account.

How is she managing to work with a bad team every time? Bad products, bad quality control, bad customer service, not taking accountability for recent and past mistakes. I was never her fan, nor hater but this is a joke. Very disrespectful towards her loyal fans who are STILL willing to give her their hard earned money! And with the lipsticks.. Please. Not only they were disgusting, but also dangerous with all the expired ingridients in it, and lets not forget about the METAL pieces in it. She wanted to wear the big girl pants, but when things went wrong to the point where the health of her customers were in danger, she lied a bunch and deleted her social media "to protect her mental health". Mental health problems are no joke, and are to be taken seriously like any other illness. But with all the money she scammed out of her customers she could hire some more people to take care of the issues, in my opinion. She should be thankful for the privileges she STILL has, because lets be honest. If we would do our jobs like this, not only we would be fired, but it would be made sure that we never get a job in the same profession again, yet she still has the trust of the people and she is still taking advantage of it. Shameless. "not every product will be perfect" and the sentence what lives in me is "im sorry this launch was not a 100% perfect with a bow on it"........... Well for the price she is asking for, it SHOULD BE. Her lipsticks were $18-20, right? Drugstore brands are pulling off the same or better quality for more than half of the price, never ever found a bad product between them. Small independent businesses who are making everything by hand and making sure that there is no error are still cheaper and much better quality. And she has the audacity to pull an attitude every time people are mentioning that she still didnt resolve the past issues. Sorry girl. No.

HONESTLY anyone willing to order from her EXPECTING a functioning product is clown to me. The only reason I can see someone wanting to order from her is if they are a youtuber wanting to make a spicey review about how bad the product is. If you're an actual fan that wants to support her, then support her. Don't rage when you get a bad product and NO REFUND. You should expect that at this point. If you love her enough to support her despite her mistakes, then accept her mistakes. It'd be one thing if she had 2 bad selling launches. Then I'd be like okay, maybe it's just bad luck. It's not bad luck and guess who is making bank off the deal when only a few persistent people are getting a refund?... I think its completely intentional and I think it works for her. That makeup launch with the lipstick gave her the most notoriety in her entire career. It gave her massive attention that went beyond the makeup community. Even negative publicity makes money. Like go her for doing that shes like a glamorous beautiful scammer on the phone telling grandmas to go get sephora cards to pay a fine or go to jail lol ... But if you're whining because you fell for the scam AGAIN......🤦🤷🤡 Even grandmas don't fall for it twice. 🤶 I will say if you actually got a functioning quality item from her DONT OPEN IT.
