Agreed. I'm a very visual person even though I grew up in the age of radio shows so I appreciate the internet and KZread now lol But if we were to go back to only having audio interviews, Jackson is someone who would be perfect for it. He has a very soothing tone that's easy to listen to and takes that extra time to explain things verbally which isn't easy to do for alot of reasons. The fact that he admitted he had a hard time telling people how he felt and hearing him talk about it is a huge achievement. So I think you could have the best sounding voice but it's how you use it that makes it liquid velvet to the ears or just interesting in general whether someone is being serious or joking around.

If you think about it, its even more interesting that he does it. Cause Korean isn't his native language. It's really interesting considering he speaks like 5 languages.

I'm just gonna say: this was HEALING. One of Jackson's goals being to have the chance to be his true self in front of his audience, and from start to end that's what was shown here. His true self, raw, to the point I teared up because he was being so honest so unfiltered that I empathized so much, I felt emotional. Simply put, thank you Jackson, for being this real, this human, you're the standard. If I wasn't a kpop fan since ages, even so I def would be a Jackson Wang stan no matter what. And to Eric: I was so impressed with your skills to direct the conversation, to have the awareness, the empathy towards such deep answers to every question, that's some therapy skills right there, I'm almost graduating uni for Psychology and even I became nervous with such open and honest interviews, because you're talking about feelings, life experiences and perceptions right there, such delicate topics. In my opinion, Eric and Jackson is like the funniest duo ever 😂😂😂
16:10 one thing about jackson is asides from being a great lovable human being, he’s extremely wise and makes me look up to him a lot. I swear i live by his words and he helps me a lot through this hard life. I must admit i’m not his dedicated fans but the impact he has to me is unmatched so i’ll always root for him
“If you’re comfortable talking about it..” *“I’m very comfortable..”* I LOVE THAT.. that’s how you know someone has gone thru some shit and made it out the other side. It’s not just a story or telling an experience.. it’s a testimony ❤ -Love you Jackson
"why am I afraid to say I'm not okay" This is real talk that artists rarely show on camera so thank you for sharing about mental health awareness. We really got to understand Jackson more as an artist and as a person. I'm glad he reached out to talk with others and is finding himself in a better mental state ❤🔥
So impressed that Jackson Wang is willing to share such personal information/thoughts. There is a confirmation on this discussion as to how difficult it can be specifically for K-Pop performers or those that are places in a mould. Thank you Jackson for opening up about your difficult times. Sending many good thoughts to you Jackson Wang!!
27:55 Everyone who is obsessed with Jackson’s hella creative directing is holding their breath in excitement and agreement
Even if I'm not an ahgase I always had a huge respect towards Jackson he's soo honest, genuine soo chill and true I love his music and MVs he's doing a great job and I appreciate how open he was about idols/artists struggles in this industry and the emotional damage they have to deal with after all the crazy amount of training and discipline and restrains they have to deal with, we love you Jackson keep doing what you love I will be here to support you always.

It's crazy what they go through as a group. I know SB19 is a PPOP band but they themselves went through their 'Go up' dance practice a thousand times. That's crazy! It's not easy being in a boy band or a girl group. Hat off to all of them. But take care of you bc no one else will. 🤨
It's not a Eric and Jackson interaction without Jackson singing 'Oooh oooh Oooh'.

I found it very funny when Jackson's tone changed the moment he realised Eric was older than him by 6 yrs. I'm older than Eric by 9 months, I wonder how Jackson would react to me! C'mon, we're not that old either. My hair may have started greying but I'm still young at heart. And may I say, Jackson looks really good in black here!
I'm a student majoring in English program. Watching this show get me thinking, their fans are so lucky. They can fangirling and learn English at the same time.. 🎊🎊😂😂
Jackson's voice is extra deep here. Loving it!

@@Memoona.K Yea that's been the case since the beginning of this year. All his interviews have been deep and very introspective. I've gotten used to expecting that from him now.
This is not an interview between a host and a guest. It's a heart to heart talk between brothers, between two men, between two artists who have gone through all the shits the entertainment industry had given them.

felix and chan, wonho and now jackson with the JUST DO IT agenda im here for this 😭😭
Jackson is the most transparent idol I’ve ever known.
39:39 this entire statement is something I've felt so deeply about Jackson and got7 in general. They're people i trust fully, which is hard when you don't actually know celebrities. They're always so open and upfront about things we need to know so when i tell someone "hey, checkout this artist" i know who I'm sending them to. I know they/he wouldn't betray the trust we've given them/him. Good, quality people are hard to come by and Jackson is one of them, 100%

I really love how Jackson can be serious when he says something funny but he can also be really real and honest. I also enjoyed this conversation between him and Eric because I feel like Jackson loves talking about himself and how he works and Eric gave him the space to feel comfortable to do so.
Wow! This man really deserves respect and appreciation. He isn’t afraid to grow up! It’s so rare nowadays, especially in that Idols’ market and in our time people’ desire to stay teenagers forever.
❤ I am so sure Jacksons family are so incredibly proud of his creativity honesty and being a genuine young man. May he always be Healthy and Happy doing what he does so well ... A True alround Entertainer

Never knew who is Jackson Wang until few years ago i've seen a tv show where he was crying so bad while hugging his parents(i think he didnt see them for a while). That made me think this guy is filial and working hard.
I don't listen to Jackson's music, but this guy is very well spoken and seems honest.

Jackson and Eric Nam is so cute and funny too. Jackson : Why didn't you invite me to your show Eric Nam: you are always welcome to comes. Jackson: after 5 years? Oh wait 7 years? ㅋㅋㅋㅋjackson sense of humour is so funny and spontaneous...
I think a lot of Jackson's success comes from his amazing personality. He seems to be a person with a clear, honest and confident character. His interviews never fail to inspire and support. Wish him all the best in life!
Jay B and now Jackson, thanks Eric for having our boys on your show, you can tell these guys go way back I still remember when Got7 won their first music show in Korea, they were in tears and Eric Nam was already there congratulating and supporting them. Great itw, I love how it flows so naturally like a conversation, Eric Nam is a great host I alway enjoy his shows and he did a great job too with the Dive studio Mindset podcasts ( Minnie, Jay B, Tablo...)

Jackson voice is so deep that I find myself drowning 😍😍😍😍😍
its so upsetting when he said he is thankful even for the negative comments rather than no comments he deserves the world he should do a concert in korea to eliminate that fear
Man, I know for a fact that Jackson is finally showing the person he’s evolved into by now in front of Eric… he’s grounded, deeper, more centred…. That’s a person who’s been through hardships and is emerging strong. My love for Jackson just grew 20 fold.
I think everyone can agree that Jackson wang is a outstanding human creation
Prior to watching this video I've never seen that level of guilt tripping outside of a family gathering. Jackson is next level salty and I love it lmao
I want to give Jackson the biggest warmest hug. Because thats what Jackson means to me. He's that person who's there in my lows like a warm big hug.
Jackson is one of the most ambitious, hardworking, humble and sweetest person on this planet. Mental health like Eric said is a constant struggle. I really appreciate Jackson for sharing his story❤
This was very transparent and authentic! Jackson always seems genuine but this interview felt different. It’s refreshing for artists to be able to tell their story. Such a beautiful interview.
sorry out of context but can we PLEASEEE get eric, jackson and namjoon together in the show🥲🥺 it would be a blastt🥵

Yes, that would be nice!
Jackson is one of the most genuine artist out there, and people dont realise that enough. This whole conversation was so real and so wholesome. I always connected with Jackson so well, thats why i like him so much. His views and opinions match with me so much to that point that, i feel i am just the introverted version of him. Whenever he talks he brings so much thoughts with it. Looking forward to part 2 of this one. Thanks Eric for the amazing questions which helps us to know him more and more as a artist and as a person.
I'm not a K Pop Stan but Jackson's character really stood out to me that's why I'm here
Love how Eric presents his questions, how deep he gets into wanting to understand Jackson’s mind, his approach with music and everything else he does
lol oh nooo the moment it gets deep, Jackson switches to Korean and I gotta wait for the English subs 🤣

When Jackson said never rely on others for your dreams, I thought about how crazy ambitious and amazing he is to want to do everything on his own like when he made TEAM WANG but also how kinda sad it is that it feels like some distrust with others to help him with achieving his dreams
Love hearing Jacksons "tmi" moments. It's nice to hear something so genuine, and I'm so glad he is finding his happy place :)
Eric is that person people spill out all their lives to without realizing it. He'd just sit there and listen so intently and compassionately without judgement while people pour out everything. He must know a lot of secrets people have spilled to him lol.
Jackson Wang is one of the artists who's so real, this is why he is being loved by so many people all over the world. He's so talented and wants to learn more on his craft that's why he is full of colors on his solo career. A man who's so successful not just in the music industry but as an entrepreneur itself. Fashion, directing, singing, name it and he does it. You can see how close he is with Eric Nam that's why I really enjoyed watching this episode. I hope Jackson will fully recover from his current struggles right now and always be with the right people that will help him cope up from these struggles. His solo career is definitely on the cloud nine right now and Got7 will always be there for him!
Jackson thinking Eric is only like 2-4 years older is so funny! Can't wait for Part 2!!!
I really love Jackson's voice. 😍
